Terms and Conditions
A deposit is required to corfirm your trip. 20% of the cost of the trip is due at the time of booking. The remainder cost of the trip is due 7 days prior to your first scheduled date. If you cancel your trip with less than 30 days' notice, you forfeit your entire deposit. If you cancel your trip with less than 7 days' notice, you forfeit the entire cost of the trip.
Montana's weather is often adverse, we do not cancel trips due to inclement weather. If you are concerned about the possibility of a cancellation, we encourage you to purchase trip insurance.
